Basic Policy on Responding to Antisocial Forces

Our Approach to Antisocial Forces

To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, we have established the following basic policy for dealing with antisocial forces, including organized crime groups, their members, and affiliated individuals.

We will maintain an appropriate framework to exclude such groups and respond to them systematically across the company, thereby severing all relationships with antisocial forces.

1. We will not engage in any transactions with antisocial forces.
2. If an individual or organization currently doing business with our corporate group is found to be an antisocial force or affiliated with one, we will immediately terminate all relationships with that party, including any business transactions.
3. We will not provide funds or any other form of financial support to antisocial forces.
4. We will not comply with any improper demands made by antisocial forces. If such a demand is made, we will actively pursue appropriate legal action through both civil and criminal proceedings.
5. To prevent and eliminate involvement with antisocial forces, we will maintain close working relationships with the police, violence prevention centers, legal counsel, and other relevant external organizations.
